yups the good equipment can cost a lot of money $$$. speaking about sound systems reminded me i have another car show/sound competition coming up on Aug. 1. Which im probably not going to attend it, too bad im busy that day.

Nope, that's just to equalize all the frequencies using a spectrum analyzer then leaving it forever.
